    Are your sales final?
    Yes, they are. Due to the way that this type of products and services are commercialized and the respective nature, all our sales are final.

    Do you do refunds?
    No, we do not. Please be fully aware that under no circumstances will a refund be done for products and services that you've ordered. The only exception is if some error occurred, for which APL can be held exclusively responsible.
    This rule includes, but not limits its extension, to cases like:
    You changed your mind regarding your order.
    You want a different product/service than the one that you ordered.
    You didn't enjoy the product/service that you ordered.
    You don't have or don't know how to use the hardware/software required for viewing the product/service that you ordered.
    Your e-mail address is not working properly, or you didn't write it correctly on the ORDER FORM, so you didn't receive our e-mail with your order confirmation which includes your access codes to the Members Area or your download links.

    Therefore, we strongly suggest that you carefully check everything before submitting your order, because all our sales are final, so no refunds will be done.
