Are your sales final?
Yes, due to the way that this type of products and services are commercialized and the respective nature, all our sales are final.
Do you accept order cancellations and do you issue refunds?
No, we do not. Please be fully aware that under no circumstances will an order cancellation be accepted and a refund be issued for products and services that you've ordered. The only exception is if some error occurred, for which APL can be held exclusively responsible.
This rule includes, but not limits its extension, to cases like:
You changed your mind regarding your order.
You want a different product/service than the one that you ordered.
You never failed to inform us, or didnít do it in due time, that you would like to cancel your Membership.
You failed to provide us your USERNAME and PASSWORD when requesting cancellation of your Membership.
You didn't enjoy the product/service that you ordered.
You don't have or don't know how to use the hardware/software required for viewing the product/service that you ordered.
Your e-mail address is not working properly, or you didnít wrote it correctly on the ORDER FORM, so you didnít receive our e-mail with your Member access codes or Download links.
You sent us an incorrect or incomplete Postal Address, so you didn't receive your DVDís.
Therefore please carefully check everything before placing your order, because your order is final and no disputes about it will be accepted.
Do you do replacements of DVDís?
Only in those extremely rare cases on which a DVD is damaged in transit and/or is defective on arrival and therefore doesn't play on your DVD player. In such cases we replace that specific DVD with another copy of the same DVD, at no additional cost to you.
Obviously we'll not replace a video for another one just because you didn't enjoyed it or you already have it and didn't noticed it when you ordered it.
Are your prices subject to change?
Yes, all our prices are subject to change without prior notice. The only prices that are valid on each moment are the ones shown on each moment on our site and not the ones shown on previous moments on our site, on our old promotions, on our old flyers, etc, etc.
By ordering from APL does it mean that I'm accepting your Sales Conditions?
Yes, it does. That statement is written on all our Order Forms. By ordering from us you are explicitly saying that you accept all these Sales Conditions hereby described.
Saying that you didn't read our Sales Conditions and that you were not aware of them is neither an excuse nor a valid motif to dispute them after you place your order, because they were available for you to read them before you place your order.
Please note that our Sales Conditions are perfectly visible, with links to them not only in all our ORDER FORMS but also in all pages of our site, on the right side menu, under the title OTHERS. Therefore if you decided to ignore our Sales Conditions, the responsibility is exclusively yours, and obviously you have to assume the consequences of your acts.
What happens if I attempt to commit a fraud?
We are an 100% honest company, that exists since the beginning of 1998 and never cheated or lied to a customer. We expect exactly the same posture from our customers. Therefore we have zero tolerance to all types of frauds. All of them will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, so don't even think on attempting to commit a fraud! We really mean it!!!
Please note that, as a protection measure against frauds, your IP will be logged with each order, so we'll have all info necessary to sue you in case you attempt to commit a fraud.
This rule includes, but not limits its extension to, cases like:
Using a stolen credit card to order from us.
Giving erroneous personal info on purpose.
Asking for a chargeback stating that it was not you who place the order, when it was clearly you.
Disrespecting anything stated on the SALES CONDITIONS.
Making an abnormal/illegal use of your Membership.
Therefore please act with us as we act with you, i.e., with 100% honesty!
