In which format are made your downloadable videos?
All our downloadable videos are made on the wmv format (wmv stands for WINDOWS MEDIA VIDEO).
Can I download and see your videos either on PC or Mac computers?
Yes all our videos are downloadable and viewable both to PC and Mac computers.
Can I download and see your videos on tablets, smartphones and other portable devices?
Yes all our videos are downloadable and viewable portable on any device, but in some cases, depending on the device (the operating system they use, the video players installed, the CODEC installed etc, etc,), you may need an app to do it.
Since each case is a case, the best thing for you to do is contact the customerís service of your device manufacturer and ask them this specific question: how can I download and see a wmv format video on my portable device brand X, model Y?
What type of internet connection do I need to download your videos?
Preferably you should have a fast Internet connection. With such a connection, and under normal circumstances of Internet traffic, you should be able to download each video in less time than the length in minutes of that video. If you have a dial-up connection, you still can download our videos, but it will take much longer so you'll have to be patient.
How do I place my download orders?
Itís extremely easy! Please go to our catalogue and then click on the green button that says ADD TO CART on all videos that you want to buy. When youíre done click on the green button that says BUY NOW (on the right of your screen) and then our automatic order system will guide you through the easy steps needed to finalize your order.
After submitting your order, you'll immediately receive on your computer screen and on your e-mail address, the link to download the video(s) that you ordered.
Are there instructions to download and view the videos?
Yes there are download instructions available on the Download Page (itís the page that youíll access when you click on the link given on the e-mail that confirmed your order) where youíll make all downloads. Those instructions also include solutions for most common download and viewing problems but anyhow we repeat those solutions on the points below.
Anyhow if you're a regular user of Internet, you'll not need any instructions, because the entire process is extremely user friendly and self-explanatory.
What shall I do if the download stops?
If the download stops for any reason, like for instance an Internet failure, a power failure, a computer crash, etc, you can download the video again at no extra cost to you. To download again, please go back to the Download Page (itís the page that youíll access when you click on the link given on the e-mail that confirmed your order) and restart the download process from point 1) mentioned on the download instructions that youíll find on that page.
What shall I do if I have problems to do downloads?
If you're having problems downloading any video, they are caused by your Internet Browser.
The problem can be solved by 3 different methods, depending on your computer and your Internet browser. Here they are:
1) Please go to the page of the respective manufacturer and update your Internet Browser
2) If that doesnít solve the problem, then use another Internet Browser
3) If none of the above solves the problem, then use another computer to do downloads.
What shall I do if I have problems seeing a FULL HD video?
If you're having any problems seeing a FULL HD video, like for instance seeing a blurry image, hearing audio but not seeing image, etc, etc, they are caused because your video player and/or your computer donít have the CODEC which is necessary to play FULL HD videos. The problem can be solved by 3 different methods, depending on your computer and your video player. Here they are:
1) Please go to the page of the manufacturer of your video player and update it, because probably the latest version already includes the missing CODEC
2) If that doesnít solve the problem, then use another video player to see the video, because that other video player already includes the missing CODEC
3) If none of the above solves the problem, then you need to install in your computer the CODEC that you are missing, which is called WVC1.
To do that, please make a search on the Internet using the sentence CODEC WVC1 and youíll find lots of sites from where you can download that CODEC for free.
Download it and install it in your computer and after that youíll be able to see our FULL HD videos in perfect conditions of both image and sound.
