What is a Pre-Paid Voucher?
A Pre-Paid Voucher is an alternative method to buy movie downloads in our Public Area. Basically it is the same concept of a pre-paid mobile phone or a pre-paid public transportation title, just to give two common examples.

How does it work?
When you initially get your Pre-Paid Voucher you store a certain amount of money on it. Each time you download a movie, the price of that movie is deducted from the amount stored in your Pre-Paid Voucher.

What is the difference between a Pre-Paid Voucher and an Individual Download?
A Pre-Paid Voucher consists on buying a pass and then use it to make downloads using the money stored on it. It means that you only have to place your order once, to get the Pre-Paid Voucher.
An Individual Download consists on buying each movie individually and pay it immediately with your credit card. It means that you have to place a new order each time that you want to make a download.

Do I have any time limit to use the money stored in my Pre-Paid Voucher?
No you don't have any time limit to use the money stored in your Pre-Paid Voucher, as long as you maintain it active. To maintain your Pre-Paid Voucher active, all you have to do is access our site with it (even without using the money stored on it!) at least once in each 3 months.
P.S.: If you don't use your Pre-Paid Voucher for more than 3 months consecutively, it will be cancelled for security reasons. Cancelling it means that the codes will be blocked and deactivated for good, so there's no way you can use that Pre-Paid Voucher again after that. Don't let that happen! Visit us once at least once each 3 months, even without spending money! We are sure that you’ll agree that is not asking too much!

How many times can I see each movie after downloading it to my hard drive?
After downloading it and saving it into your hard drive, the movie is yours and you can see it as many times as you want, and even save it on a DVD, if you so wish.

Is there a way to know which movies have I already selected using my Pre-Paid Voucher to avoid duplicated selections?
Yes there is. After making your LOGIN, the system will allow you to see a chart with all movies that you've already downloaded (or selected but not yet downloaded) until then.

Is the money stored on my Pre-Paid Voucher refundable?
No, it is not. The money stored in your Pre-Paid Voucher serves exclusively to download movies on the PUBLIC AREA of our site.

What’s the difference between a Pre-Paid Voucher and a Membership?
A Pre-Paid Voucher allows you to download movies in the PUBLIC AREA. A Membership allows you much more: you can download Movies, Movie Clips, Photo Sets, Fighters’ Corners and Trailers in the MEMBERS AREA, whose access is for Members only.
