How do I place my DVD/VHS order?
Please visit our MOVIES catalogue and then click on each photo that interests you to access the page of that movie.
Then, on the page of that movie, click on the link that says Add to Shopping Cart and then follow the easy steps that our automatic order system will guide you through to finalize your order.
After submitting your order, you'll immediately receive our order confirmation on your e-mail address.
You can also buy DVD and/or VHS OFF-LINE. Please read the topic QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERING, for all the info you need to place your order OFF-LINE.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Upon receipt of your payment, we will always ship your order out on the next working day (Monday through Friday, except holidays of course).
The average airmail delivery time is 3 or 4 working days inside Europe and 5 or 6 working days outside Europe.
Please note that the airmail delivery times are merely an estimate based on our past experience. There is no way that we can guarantee a specific delivery time since this is one factor that is entirely dependent on the Postal Service of our own country, on the airlines that transport the cargo and on the Postal Service of your own country. Therefore we obviously can’t accept cancellation of orders due to delays caused by these entities, for whose performance we obviously are not responsible.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is $15 / 11 Euros / £10per each order (not per each movie).
Important notes:
1) The shipping cost is to be added once per order and not once per movie. Whether you order just one movie or several movies at the same time, the total charge will always be the same: $15 / 11 Euros / £10. It means that obviously it is much more advantageous for you to include several movies on one order rather than placing small orders of 1 movie each.
2) The shipping cost includes 3 parcels: Handling, Shipping and Insurance.
Handling: the average amount necessary to cover the time spent and material required preparing the movies that you purchased.
Shipping: the average amount that we pay at the Post Office.
Insurance: the average amount to cover losses and damages and that allows us to send you another package, without any extra cost for you, in case the first one gets lost or arrives to you damaged.
Will my DVD and/or VCR player play your DVD and/or VHS?
Yes it will. We'll send the DVD and VHS tapes in the appropriate system according to the country where you live (PAL for Europe, Australia, etc. and NTSC for USA, Canada, South America, Asia, etc.), at absolutely no additional cost to you.
How many movies/matches do you record on each VHS or DVD?
In terms of VHS, we record as many movies/matches as possible on each tape, while always using the SP speed to maintain the highest quality image and sound possible. If you so wish, we can record each movie/match on a separate tape, but that has an extra cost, that we’ll negotiate with you casuistically.
In terms of DVD, we record each movie on a separate DVD, in order to maintain the superb picture and audio quality that is characteristic of our DVD.
How will my order be shipped?
We always ship your order via the Postal Service, using priority airmail.
What kind of package do you use?
We dispatch each order in a safe and discreet shock-proof light envelope, without any visible mention of the contents, so as to protect your privacy.
What happens if I don’t receive my order or if it arrives damaged?
It is our policy to accept full responsibility for every package, from the time we mail it out until the moment you hold it, undamaged, in your hands. Thus, if a package gets lost in the mail or the items inside the package are somehow damaged in transit (rarely do either of these situations occur), we will replace them immediately, at no additional cost to you.
